FORT MITCHELL, Kentucky — A man was treated for smoke inhalation after escaping a house fire that broke out in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were dispatched to Avon Drive in Fort Mitchell shortly after 3 a.m., where they found a fire inside the home.
By the time firefighters arrived, the resident had already gotten out safely. He was treated at the scene but did not need to be taken to the hospital.
