Clermont County drivers safe after shooting on major Ohio River bridge

CINCINNATI, Ohio — A man has been arrested after allegedly opening fire at another vehicle while driving across a busy Ohio River bridge over the weekend in what authorities describe as a dangerous roadside confrontation.

Court records show Daniel Jackson-Bey, 22, is charged with two counts of felonious assault and one count of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises.

According to investigators, the incident unfolded Saturday on the Clay Wade Bailey Bridge — a major route carrying traffic between Ohio and Kentucky and used by commuters across the wider Cincinnati region, including those traveling from Clermont County.
