LOVELAND, Ohio — Multiple charges have been filed after what police described as a chaotic fight involving about 10 people at a Loveland bar.
According to Clermont County court records, the incident happened on Saturday, April 18 at Cindy’s Friendly Tavern on South Karl Brown Way, where officers were dispatched for a fight in progress.
One defendant, Tyjuan C. Ware, of Milford, is charged with second-degree felony felonious assault and a separate first-degree misdemeanor riot count tied to the same date and Loveland Police investigation. Court records show warrants were issued and served in both cases, and Ware was scheduled for a bond hearing Monday in Clermont County Municipal Court.
A second defendant, Sammy King Sherood, of Bradenton, Florida, is charged with riot and disorderly conduct.
According to a filed complaint and affidavit in Sherood’s case, officers reviewed surveillance video and determined he had been fighting with several individuals during the disturbance. The affidavit also alleges bottles were thrown into a crowd and that other patrons were spat on during the chaos.
Police said the disturbance was so loud and disorderly that people at nearby Plaid Room Records, about a block away on West Loveland Avenue, heard the altercation and called 911. Additional emergency calls also came from inside the bar.
The cases remain pending, and additional details about the broader incident have not yet been released.
