MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio — One person has died and another was airlifted to hospital after a house fire in Clermont County.
Fire crews were called to a manufactured home on Elm Crest Drive in Miami Township around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, where they found the property heavily damaged by flames.
Authorities say one person died inside the home, while another victim was airlifted to UC Medical Center with serious injuries.
Multiple fire departments responded to the scene.
The Ohio State Fire Marshal’s Office has been called in to investigate the cause of the fire, which remains under investigation.
Officials have not yet released the name of the person who died.
