Felony charge filed after woman allegedly fled Miami Township police

MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A woman is facing a felony charge after police say she refused orders to stop at a Loveland convenience store and fled in a vehicle toward Interstate 275 before officers ended the pursuit at the Hamilton County line.

Amber Nicole Dunaway, 43, is charged with fourth-degree felony failure to comply, according to Clermont County Municipal Court records.

According to a complaint and affidavit, Miami Township officers were at the United Dairy Farmers on Branch Hill-Guinea Pike around 10:23 p.m. April 9 after locating a black Chevrolet Impala linked to a person with an outstanding warrant through Clermont County Municipal Court.
