CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio – A warrant has been issued for a Felicity man accused of damaging a vehicle by throwing Hawaiian Punch at a truck during an argument.
According to court records, Buddy Bullock, 59, is charged with criminal mischief following an incident March 29. The case was filed April 3, when a warrant was also issued for his arrest.
Deputies say they were called to a property damage report in Felicity, where a dispute between multiple people had escalated.
Investigators allege Bullock became verbally agitated before throwing the beverage at a Ford F-150, leaving visible stains on the passenger-side door.
Witnesses told deputies Bullock had approached the group and began arguing before the situation escalated.
Bullock told officers he believed the truck had attempted to hit him, but authorities say camera footage showed the vehicle was not close to him when the drink was thrown.
Deputies reviewed surveillance video and said it showed Bullock walking away before turning back and throwing the beverage at the truck.
Bullock is now facing a criminal mischief charge, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
