CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — A Northern Kentucky man is facing a child endangerment charge after being arrested along Interstate 275 in Clermont County, according to court records.
Achilles Lemon, 25, of Dayton, Kentucky, was charged Sunday with endangering children while operating a vehicle, a first-degree misdemeanor.
The charge is connected to a traffic stop conducted by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on I-275. Records indicate Lemon was also cited for operating a vehicle while impaired, with a blood alcohol concentration of 2.08 — more than twice the legal limit in Ohio.
Court documents show a warrant was issued for Lemon’s arrest on April 12 and was served the same day. He was taken into custody and booked into the Clermont County Jail. Booking records indicate no injuries were reported and no use of force was documented during the arrest.
A bond hearing has been scheduled for Monday in Clermont County Municipal Court.
Further details about the circumstances leading up to the traffic stop — including the age of the child involved and the events observed by troopers — were not immediately available in court records.
