Teen driver held on $1 million bond after survey worker killed in SR 125 crash

UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A 19-year-old driver accused of killing a survey worker on State Route 125 is being held on a $1 million bond after being indicted on aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI charges.

Prince Patel is facing a seven-count indictment in Clermont County following the April 21 crash that killed Kevin Fuller, 36, of Arkansas.

The crash happened at approximately 6:22 p.m. on State Route 125 near Randolph Lane in Union Township. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Fuller was performing survey work in the two-way left-turn lane when he was struck by an eastbound 2024 Tesla Model Y.
