BATAVIA, Ohio — A warrant has been issued for a Clermont County man accused of felonious assault following an incident reported over the weekend.
Court records show Mark Shawn Johnson, 46, of Batavia, is facing a second-degree felony charge of felonious assault in connection with an alleged offense on Sunday.
The charge was filed Monday in Clermont County Municipal Court.
Authorities have not yet released details about the circumstances of the incident.
A warrant for Johnson’s arrest was issued early Monday morning, and bond has not yet been set.
Court records also show a temporary protection order hearing was scheduled for Monday.
The case remains under investigation.
