BETHEL, Ohio — A Bethel man is facing child endangerment and domestic violence charges after a Clermont County court granted a temporary protection order in the case.
Court records show Derrick D. Pritchett has been charged with first-degree misdemeanor child endangering and fourth-degree misdemeanor domestic violence by threat of force.
He pleaded not guilty during a bond and protection order hearing on April 23, according to Clermont County Municipal Court records.
A judge set bond at $50,000 and ordered him to comply with all protection orders, court filings show.
Records also show Pritchett is listed in a separate felony child endangering case filed the same day. Rebecca Puckett, who is listed at the same Bethel address, is also facing a third-degree felony child endangering charge in a related-looking case tied to the same alleged offense date of April 18.
Court records do not yet provide further detail about the alleged incident.
Pritchett is scheduled to return to court April 30.
