CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio – Three separate soliciting cases have been filed in Clermont County Municipal Court following investigations by Miami Township police.
Court records show Omar Jhonas Miranda, Colin W. Schmidte, and Donovan Williams-Person are each charged with soliciting, a minor misdemeanor, in cases filed April 15.
The charges stem from alleged incidents on April 10 and April 11 within Miami Township, according to court documents.
All three defendants were issued summonses to appear in court rather than being arrested.
Each case is scheduled for arraignment on April 22 at 8:30 a.m. in Clermont County Municipal Court, records show.
