Batavia man charged with felony gross sexual imposition in Union Township case

UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A Batavia man is facing a felony sex charge after Union Township police investigated an incident that allegedly occurred last December, according to Clermont County court records.

Gary Baker has been charged with one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony, in connection with an alleged incident on December 3, 2025. A warrant was issued on April 7 and served the following day.

A bond hearing was scheduled for Wednesday in Clermont County Municipal Court. No additional details about the nature of the allegations were immediately available in the online court file.
