Lebanon, Ohio – A massive overnight fire tore through a lumber facility just outside Clermont County late Tuesday, sending flames and thick smoke billowing into the sky and prompting a large emergency response.

Crews were called to U.S. Pallets and Lumber on Cornett Road in Lebanon around 10:30 p.m., after police spotted smoke and flames from a nearby bypass and alerted fire crews.

When firefighters arrived, they found a significant blaze burning through the lumber yard, a site formerly known as R.W. Long Lumber and Box Company. The presence of stacked wood and materials at the facility likely contributed to the intensity of the fire as crews worked to bring it under control.
