BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A Batavia Township man at the center of a massive fraud case has now been indicted on more than 100 charges, in what investigators say is a scheme that targeted victims across multiple states.

Cody Winn, 27, of Batavia Township, is facing dozens of counts of theft and telecommunications fraud, according to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials say the case involves more than $1 million allegedly taken from victims, with the number of charges growing following a new indictment.
