CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — A Clermont County man has been arrested and charged in a case involving alleged obscene material connected to a minor, according to court records Wednesday morning.
Joshua J. East is facing a charge of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person. Authorities issued a warrant early in the day, which was later served.
